I have found that the Gyrotonic method is unlike any other exercise regimen, as it works circular versus linear movements. It has a unique flow that mimics dance, swimming or yoga with total ease of movement. I have found that it lengthens and tones your muscles, increases flexibility, and releases tight muscles. Exercises are done on the pulley tower system and on chair and mat. You will leave the session feeling grounded while your posture, joints and muscles feel amazing. My clients say that it feels so good while doing these exercises, it's like getting a massage as you're moving. They also feel their mind is more focused, clear and relaxed.
